Recently have consulted Lori regarding resume formatting and working with newer software programs. She has been extremely helpful and responsive, tailoring instruction so it's easy to understand and highly useful. I strongly recommend Lori for any tech needs you might have!

Lori is exceptionally responsive and capable of solving all of my computer issues. She is very busy but tries to fit in everyone in a timely manner. I have had many other people work on my computers over the years, but now I wait until Lori has time to work on them. Lori gives me suggestions of time and cost savers. She has set up a remote capability for me so many times it's a simple log-in.
